With 27 years of executive and business experience, Ms. Hanania has been identifying leadership talent and fostering strategic partnerships within the global tech ecosystem since 2007. As CEO of Propel, she leverages her extensive expertise to connect top talent with innovative companies worldwide.

Before leading Propel, Iris built a wealth of expertise in leadership and talent development. She co-founded and led Emenai, a successful hospitality service provider in Los Angeles, and directed HR operations at prominent companies such as Athena Software, Flying Cargo FedEx Group, Karat Digital Press (Scitex), and Heinz Remedia Group. This profound experience laid the foundation for her work at Propel, where she continues to leverage her extensive background to drive top-tier talent solutions and strategic partnerships within the global tech ecosystem.

Educated and having worked in both Israel and the US, Iris brings a wealth of multinational experience, with a deep understanding of diverse cultural and business practices.

Iris holds a BA in Psychology from CSUN in California and an HR Management Credential from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
