Iris Hanania is Founder & CEO of Propel. Over three decades, she has built and led businesses, organizations and major initiatives in Israel and the U.S., combining executive roles in established companies with entrepreneurial leadership and more than two decades across Israel’s technology sector.

​

Through Propel, Iris has worked with hundreds of technology companies, from early-stage ventures to global enterprises. Her work has spanned organizational build-out, leadership and capability, senior executive appointments, and mobilizing specialized expertise to advance new and evolving initiatives. Over the years, she has worked directly with founders and executives, investors, experts and researchers across sectors, technologies and stages of growth.

Earlier in her career, Iris held senior leadership and executive roles at Karat Digital Press/Scitex, Remedia/H.J. Heinz and Flying Cargo-FedEx Group. Her responsibilities spanned organizational change, multi-company and multi-site environments, cross-border merger integration, management and organizational structures, and full People and HR leadership. In the U.S., she founded and led Emenai, building a 45-person B2B services operation across 25 Los Angeles-area locations.

Iris holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a Human Resources Management Certification from Bar-Ilan University.
