Iris Hanania is the Founder & CEO of Propel, bringing three decades of business and leadership experience across Israel and the U.S. Her background combines entrepreneurship, senior corporate leadership, and a longstanding presence in Israel’s technology sector.

Over nearly two decades, Iris has built Propel into a business working with hundreds of technology companies, from emerging ventures to global enterprises. Her work has placed her at the intersection of business, technology and people, with longstanding relationships across Israel’s innovation ecosystem. Propel’s activities have also expanded into international initiatives involving Israeli technologies, expertise and partners.

Iris previously founded and led Emenai, a U.S.-based business serving major international hotel groups across multiple locations in Los Angeles. Earlier in her career, she held senior executive positions with Scitex, H.J. Heinz and Flying Cargo-FedEx Group.

Iris holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a Human Resources Management Certification from Bar-Ilan University.
